share our traditions with our young ones, which means a lot. Christmas eve
without Christmas cookies are nothing; Santa’s
cookie cake is a fun spin on Christmas as we could create something
different each time.
I’m very visual and often have a vision in my head of the recipe I want
to create. That was the case for this recipe. The picture was riding the
San Francisco Emporium escalator in the late 80’s hearing the Santa Clause if
coming as I rode to the top floor. The tables were filled with holiday treats
in the winter wonderland, but what caught my eye was Santa’s Cookie Cake.
So, I decided to make Santa's Cookie
Cake with my son Lawrence (LTP) for Santa’s Christmas treat.
Long story short, it turned out fantastic.
